Hey all!

I'm Jake. And I have little-to-no experience in real estate. I worked for a property manager in high school doing repair jobs and general upkeep, nothing glamorous. Then I attended Hillsdale College '13 (BA Economics). My third (and final) year of school I started a digital marketing business (Tosler, Inc.) with a friend. We specialize in using enhanced iBooks for marketing, with clients all across the country. I've been doing that business since for a couple of years, but have recently sold it. Now I'm working at my alma mater but am looking to enter the real estate market and pursue a career in Real Estate Investing. 

I currently live in at tiny town, Hillsdale MI, but will be moving back to Colorado within a year and thought I'd start finding people to learn from now while I have the time!

A little bit more about me... My father has always been fascinated by the ups and downs of the real estate market, sometimes investing himself. He's given me that same fascination and now, with some experience of entrepreneurial work, I'm going to find out just how far down the rabbit hole goes...

Welcome back to Colorado! I too have a B.A. in economics (go buffs!) and am about to start in real estate investing.
