We would charge a $50 violation fee for this.Then, we would determine if we would need the new occupant to leave immediately or if we were willing to allow the new occupant to go through the application process to qualify to live there.If a guest establishes residency, in the eyes of the law, then they become your tenant.... with or without the lease saying so... and they are entitled to full rights of tenancy.

@JD Martin If I remember correctly, the landmark case that established ghosts (or haunting reports) as something the seller must disclose to buyer, as a form of buyer protection, was in Connecticut.

Yes, you need to record the lien with the county recorders office to establish the mortgage lien and thus the interest is tax deductible for the payor and the only LP income is the interest.You can structure the interest/payment/etc any way you choose.
