Tenant Solution

Hello BP.

I have come across one tenant (in the last 3 years) who is vey annoying. He is always complaining about something. Couple of weeks ago, he was arguing with me so loud that neighbor called the police and he also made a racial comment while screaming at me.

I have a year lease with him and it is supposed to end in October 2015. I have asked him to leave as I would be happy to let him out of his lease, but he refused and said he would contact his attorney if I force him to leave.

He is being paying on time, but he calls every 4-5 days asks for something to be done in the home.

I'd appreciate some solutions by BP members.
