That tenant, let's call them Bob, say Bob walks into court and when Judge asks why they have not paid and feel they don't need to leave Bob says "well, your Honor, my neighbor has the exact same unit, only pays 50% what i do, and landlord won't evict or charge any late fee's or anything for her, but for me, demands I pay 200%+ of my neighbor, charges me fee's does everything against me, why am I being singled out?
