How cumbersome that seemed to me.Consequently, I have the freedom to go where I want, do what I want and be around who I want without a ball-and-chain called 'bodyguards'.I think the point @David Krulac is trying to make is that the idea that 90% of the richest made their money in real estate is untrue.

At the last seminar he taught over one hundred Baltimore area residents (free of charge) how to " Flip houses like your hair's on fire" which he gasve us both CD's with forms, contracts, etc and how to get the ball rolling.

Wholesaling makes sense to me because I'm learning if I dont start with the right deal then we are started behind the eight ball.

It is nice feeling as if I'm finally getting the ball rolling though.There is a real estate agent here in town who works with investors so I'm hoping he can help me out quite a bit.  

Wholesaling a short sale is like stacking bowling balls.

Technically I'm not ramping up anything except how easily I will be able to go balls to the wall without drowning in my own disorganization.
