I just wanted to reach out an say "Hi" to everyone on Bigger Pockets.  I am long time fan of BP and have enjoyed every podcast that has been released. Keep up the excellent work Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner (as well as all of those that work at BP) !!  

I am an experienced house hacker in the far northwest Chicago suburbs (McHenry, IL).
