New venue for Auction.com

If you try to list a property for sale on Auction.com, you will find it caters to foreclosures. It was my understanding that this site was used only by banks to sell foreclosures. Anyone could buy, buy not anyone could sell.

I was just contacted by Auctions.com, because of my recent inquiry. They told me they are changing their policy, and will now auction property for anyone. I guess we will watch for site changes.
