I don't know whether it can delay eviction; I suspect you could argue that it should not, since the tenant is indicating the rental unit is not safe for the child(ren) so they should want to get out of there ASAP to someplace safer.

A lot of people will argue on price, but start to do the math on how much beds, frames, sofas, tables, chairs, TVs, rugs, art, kitchen supplies, and all the other nick nacks cost and it is not cheap.

Travis, I think a lot of people, especially on the STR forums, would argue that short term rentals are worth the extra work.
