Hi Kelby,I watched a video that had very interesting tips about how to attract tenants.  

I want to begin to drive for dollars here in Arizona, and was wondering if anyone had any tips or recommendations before I begin?

Call around.You'll get tipped alot of originators, but they are tied to a specific lender and can't do your note.  

Can anyone steer me in the right direction or helpful tips?
