This way I can earn more faster, but eventually move into buy and hold completely.I don't currently have a job though, so I'm trying to decide what would be the best option:1) Work full time and wholesale in the evenings and weekends.2) Work part time and wholesale when I am free.3) Don't work and go completely into wholesale.How long does it take a wholesaler to start getting momentum?

Except that I do all my work after 5 and on weekends, so the supply houses don't work too well for me.

I get a full price offer the first weekend, we close 4 weeks later and I make $27,000.

I looked at 4 of the 5 this past weekend, when the realtor told me about a foreclosed property that was at a great price.

It's in two weekends, and actually I am already going to Las Vegas next weekend, so I'm kind of factoring that in as well.

I went to a wholesaling weekend seminar one time and they mentioned, tongue-in-cheek, doing a "wholesale b&e".

Big house & did it in 1 weekend, but I was much younger.We have also discovered that any galv/iron pipes (as drain or venting) that interconnect to the sewer seem to create a weak corrosion spot at or around the interface to the sewer pipe.good luck its a great experience.
