Hello Bigger Pockets! My name is Brandon Mendoza and I am a real estate investor in the Killeen, Texas area. I currently work overseas in the United Arab Emirates as a Field Service Representative for armored military vehicles.

I signed up for Bigger Pockets a while ago, but at that time I just wasn’t interested in forums and blogs. However, overtime I have realized that this site is incredibly packed with information and knowledgeable people willing to assist others looking for help. And what really caught my interest is the Bigger Pockets podcasts. Josh and Brandon are doing a fantastic job. I love the podcasts!

Right now, I am working on my last required course (Real Estate Finance) to take the Texas Real Estate Licensee exam. Brandon Turner, don’t feel bad about not getting your license. I started three years ago and was almost there then I decided to work overseas. My plan is to head back home January 2014. Shortly after, I will be on point to take the exam. My plan is to be full time real estate agent/investor in 2014.

I look forward to meeting new friends and staying engaged in the Bigger Pockets network. Have a great weekend!!!
