Got that from a video by Jerry Norton, just found out about him on a topic of estimating for a flip.

One of the projects was moving a 6,000 sf beach house which would have been an engineering marvel, or a serious disaster.If you move a house on 35 or mopac can you upload the video to youtube?

With government policy aiming for write downs, it's hard to imagine any clarity until after the elections.
