Figuring out what you want is also important: ie, commute time to and from work esp post covid since traffic is back, in unit washer dryer, parking, bike storage, you get the idea.

The Motel is twenty minutes from the Rush Creek 600 MW Wind Farm and two miles from Niobrara Shale Basin, one of the highest producing oil fields in the United States.The small town the Motel is located in has no traffic jams and quality school system K-12.

@Jason MuthOur summers look incredibly promising and very busy here in the desert as things start to slowly open up around here.Luckily our city just uplifted restrictions on 30 day stays or less so we are getting a lot traffic from the greater LA/SD/SF areas.
