Was that for a 15 or 30 yr program ... did you go thru forma pre approval process ( providing all your data ) or did you just speak with them ?

I can't speak of all the lenders, you would have to contact each lender individually and inquire about their terms. 

Remember, when speaking to an Advisor they get paid by what you invest in but they have to give you a Prospectus of the offering which allows you to do your own due diligence. 

I'm doing research and it's saying Keller Williams but when I speak to agents, majority of them tell me KW is not the place for new agents.

Very generally speaking, if you're pooling money from investors who don't have any control over the investment (they are just passive investors), that's going to be governed by SEC regulation. 

Speaking as a resident, that's one of the things we love most about the city is the plurality and diversity in both demographics and in available arts/college scene/ historical values.
