Since I found the BP website about 4 years ago I have dedicated myself and I have all the time I need and spend all I can on the internet and I read a book about every two or three weeks. 

It only took me 2 weeks of looking to find these 2 duplexes with positive cashflow.Networth realty and Northwestern Aquistions are the only turn key companies I know.

I don’t think I will be able to make it this week due to the fact that I don’t live super close to Mesa but would definitely be interested in attending in the future.

I have been listening to BP ever since I found the podcast three weeks ago.

In Florida the AC is running 49 weeks out of the year and for the majority of the time you’re home and want the temp to be comfortable.

The last thing you want to do is get under contract with a bank owned house, then waste two weeks trying to find a contractor and then end up with a bad one that's hard to work with. 

@Chris HanniganIf you bought the duplex cash you don't need to wait the 6 months, you can use the "delayed financing" to get your money out after 4 weeks.

I have decent credit but will be changing employers next week.

I’ve been looking into wholesaling for about two weeks now, and seem to get almost all the basic, however, questions arrived and here I am.

I can re-deploy my capital within a week or two.
