So no you just suck it up and buy another one and keep tenant happy.then on top of that they make it so tough to make a claim you have to pay an inspection fee up front only to be told its not covered..

With ecobee you can also buy wireless door sensors for $40 that will temporarily turn off the ac or heat if guests leave doors open for more than 5 minutes.
