Has the "veil been pierced"?

We just finished a renovation project that we started in our name and put into an LLC half way through. We were just issued our Certificate of Occupancy and it has our names on it because that's what was on the permit application. I have been told by my town that there's no way to change this. Should I be worried? Thanks for your insight.
