- the time spent managing 4 houses vs 1 seems like a big deal.

My husband commented on a post ( congratulations) to someone who did their first wholesale deal ( or something along those lines) anyway this woman reached out and started telling him all of this information about this company she used and they were for lack of a better word a one stop shop. seemed too good to be true of course but as newbies, we were curious and set up a zoom meeting to see what they were all about.           

I have a small portfolio of two duplexes, far from a multi-million dollar enterprise and while I'm passionate about my RE investing and wish to expand, I can't seem to justify ten's of thousands of dollars on consulting (at this stage in the game) even though I believe it would be beneficial. 

Hi Baskar,COC seems pretty low, but it depends on how you are looking to execute this.

It seems we have similar goals, and I am mid 20s now. 

This subjective and heavily pushed idea seems driven by a real sense of fear.

It may depend on the hospital too, but it seems like the nurses in Los Angeles search for their housing when they get a contract. 

What I see is the bulk of the posts seem to be just be people just looking to sell something. 

This sounds like a huge win as a landlord but how do you transition the units to this without seeming like you're trying to pull one over on the tenants?
