Evening All,I am a current Sacramento, CA resident in the midst of parting ways with my current career and making the move to beautiful Denver, CO with my lovely girlfriend to hopefully put some roots in the ground.

I saw a peice of property, a beautiful lot for development, for sale in NJ across the street from an overlooking position of Manhattan.

I am married with 3 beautiful children and they are why I am getting into real estate.

I currently rent an apartment in Dover NH, I have lived in all the major cities in the state and recently settled in Dover to get closer to the beautiful northeastern sea coast I currently work full time as a Chief Maintenance engineer at a hotel in Portsmouth NH.My goals in real estate at the moment are to have financial freedom and develop a solid foundation of cash flow properties to further my real estate investing in the future.I was turned on to Bigger Pockets by a friend who listens to the podcast.
