If you intend to keep it as an MTR you're going to have to adjust either the product itself (make it more durable and priced accordingly for your oil field workers IF they want the type of property you're offering) or find another customer type to market it to like insurance placements, families relocating or corporate rentals.

This really depends on if she wants to leave what she's grown accustomed to over the span of your life (i imagine) living in one area and relocating to another where ease of travel is a bit different.

I have a YouTube channel about Milwaukee and we see a lot more relocation clients in the last years. 

The other regs (like reserve requirements) are state-wide so you will have to deal with them regardless of where you buy.We do have several higher paying jobs relocating in the area (due to companies relocating) AND ultimately, your decision (like everyone else's) will likely come down to where you enjoy being / where you could see yourself living.

Also these workers don't relocate here.
