Hi BP ,I am looking at a property for buy and hold ( rental )on KC zip 64131, as per my research it seems there are few good and bad places in this ZIP.I am hoping if someone from the area could share any input on E 76th St and E 76th Terrace , exact address "7620 The Paseo, Kansas City, MO 64131", this is considered a C or D street and the expected rent from zip.

I know Lakewood is also pretty popular (LOTS of multi family) however you need to know the city a bit because the quality can vary neighborhood by neighborhood.

Not to mention that you will be losing about $250/mth in BAH by transferring from Honolulu to NoVA (I did the math based on E-6 w/dependents) I have seen too many guys just rent it out to other military guys, knowing that they will have the income to cover the rent and banking on a friendship to pay their mortgage.
