Or do you want the steady cash flow with a little less headaches and just one person/family per unit to deal with?

Its a 2 family home in a rough neighborhood, one side vacant and the other is occupied.I have an okay relationship with the existing tenant but it has been a constant struggle with late rent, her keeping the property a mess, and her unit is disgusting, etc. 

Keep all the units I currently own and just save up for each additional unit like I have done to build up what I currently own?

Also, we’re certainly outgrowing our duplex unit as we’re a growing family so finding something larger to move into wouldnt be too bad.

Is anyone here looking for a 12 unit apartment building in Calumet City?

Marketing your rental units, screening prospective tenants and facilitating lease signing will give you experience that will be helpful in the future as you look to scale your portfolio.
