Just getting started
Evening,
My roommate and I are looking to get into multifamily housing with 40+ units. What do you guys suggest is the first step to entering this market and how do we find sponsors willing to invest with us? We plan to buy, add equity, and sale with a holding time of maybe 3-5 years max.
