You can find the meetup group at http://meetu.ps/c/2YtJp/yXdhy/f .The ROI I referred to takes into consideration everything - needed rehab as a start and on going fixes (although on going fixes are hard to predict as are much depend the property itself and can be vary year over year).I started using other Israeli veteran investor who had the needed knowledge, connections, and team in Pittsburgh, only after gaining some experience and milage using his help I started on my own.Pittsburgh is difficult to invest without knowing exactly what you are doing, as there can be huge differences between two adjacent streets in the same neighbourhood. 

I train them to know that I will be attentive to any legitimate request, but they better be ready to spend some time talking with me about the problem before I agree to come over.Also - I have garbage disposals in all of my units.

I'm new and willing to shadow the different people it takes to make this train move forward. 

He would come in every now and then and work a few shifts or help with training but he always had the option to just never show up and things would still run smoothly.

What training in analysis, markets, etc are you receiving, have received or plan to receive ?  

Not worth the investment into training and teaching you how to fill out the purchase agreement. 

Both professions require ongoing education and study to keep current.

That would be an excellent strategy, especially since being a former vet we had no training on va loans before we were put back into the civilian sector.
