I have looked on numerous travel nursing forums and majority consensus is that we cannot get approved while still doing contract work. 

This will be the best method to get in the game and learn from professionals. 

Our team is currently using the BRRRR method and finishing construction soon on the rehab portion.

I’m looking at the BRRRR method in a new aspect.

@James Morrissey - my recommendation would be to outsource the first 2 to either an agent or property management company, depending on the predominant method used by your state, and learn the process from them. 

But also want to see the numbers with getting a SFH , and doing a room for rent method .

OR the alternative, take some appraisal courses and learn the methods.

I will do more research on this method of financing as I definitely need to understand more in depth the pros and cons.

Not exactly sure the real estate path I want to go down but I have read numerous books on flipping and owning rental properties.
