Partnering on a deal

Hi, I am still in high school but plan to make real estate investing my career. Not exactly sure the real estate path I want to go down but I have read numerous books on flipping and owning rental properties. I currently work and plan to save up several 10’s of thousands of dollars shortly after high school. Are there any investors in the Columbus, Ohio region that would be open to future partnerships with a young, inexperienced, but eager investor?

That’s what I’m talking about!

I would start with purchasing a duplex with a low downpayment owner occupant long term financing. Live on one side with roommates that pay you rent and rent the other side to your 1st tenant. Then save up for your next multi family property.

I’m open to have a continued discussion regarding partnership. I’m impressed that you’re thinking of this in high school. Stay focused and on track and you’re going to be very successful.
