Rising in influence, (don't forget, you're not from there is a mentality everwhere, IMO) in other words positions of leadership say in non-profits, your church, or other civic oragnizations is important to getting your name out there and having people call you instead of you beating bushes for 20 years!

I would bet that many people who put together structures like this don't properly maintain each of the entities, which, or course, defeats the purpose of having them.Several years ago I looked at investing in a startup that was organized at the time as an LLC.

The profit is derived from the rehab of the property.It is very different due to the time involved, planning, organizing, etc.Now, I recommend any serious flipper use a corporation to avoid some of the employment taxes.

If they ask for an address for the company, give them your Registered Agent's address (which should be in the state where the company was organized/incorporated) or a local/U.S. address for the company.
