Where is the cheapest place to buy houses? (in the U.S.)
Besides a total ghetto like the slums. a place that just generally has "good prices".
If you guys could invest anywhere in the U.S.A. where would it be?
I'm from Hawaii, and now live in SF. probably the two-most expensive places to try and buy. Considering moving so I can 'get into the business' a little easier.
Point is where would be a smart place to start investing...
