Loving this site and podcasts so far. There is so much great information here and I am learning alot. So about me and what I want: young, ambitious, and interested in real estate investing. I work in the new construction field and havent really decided on a niche to go with, most likely flipping given my background, but open to ideas. I would love to know more about the whole process in person though. If anyone has the time, I'd love to tag along and pick your brain.
