I'm doing the first distribution for my facility and we're trying to figure out how much to leave in the property.

Not a "tourist" destination (we don't have a lot of that), but close enough (in ATL driving terms) to sports, music, medical, industry, and general reasons people would be in Atlanta.

There is an enormous demand for medium (and longer short) term stays in many markets (business/project travel, relocation, leisure, military/government, medical, university, or residents who simply want convenience) and the apartments don't want it and traditional hotels are a fortune because of their bloated, inefficient cost structure.
