I have a very old water heater that has started to leak.

I can't seem to get the mention feature to work within the iPhone iOS app.

He said he knew it had no leaks and would try to get a roofer over to look at it.

An hour later, there was NO LEAK.

When my pest inspection (only one I paid for) came back with termites isolated in one tiny spot, and leaking shower P traps, I was ecstatic. 

Contractor found a leak in the washer  supply during demo... small thing... but first issue found in demo.Living room floor is raised to the same height as the rest of house, and decked over and ready to floor... super stoked...

We get minimal precipitation so leaking roofs take years to develop if the roof starts out in good condition.

We opened up the drywall to see if there was a leak in any of the plumbing where the smell was the strongest - nothing was found.

You need to make sure that the foundation and the leaks are not relevant.

The inspection states that plumbing was an issue: "the plumbing lines would not hold pressure indicating a leak or leaks."
