Everyone pushes this Red Flag deal with selling all this programs and snake oil books, and I have never heard of anyone going to jail or paying a fine, and most auto dealers don't follow the Red Flag they have their own in house compliance.

There’s definitely high crime thought that is the downside here, to a point that I live 2 hours away in NYC and have a PM and STILL know who the block drug dealers are.

I'm non-scientifically estimating the vast majority of drug users and dealers won't pass one if not both of these requirements.

It is hard to get a number for a specific area, but I know one source I have seen in the past is the Humane Society of America, under the "pets"section there is a resource for property managers, and that site puts the number at 72 percent of renters as having pets (which seems a bit high but is close to one cited here by a real landlord manager).
