Hey Jay  I looked at selling the plat but Columbus is 40 miles from the blazing hot market of Billings, the big developers from there wanted to make 40% and were not all that interested in coming out this way, and for us make enough  money to pursue this endeavor  it worked out better to put all the infrastructure in, we are putting in the new road, power, gas and water to each lot, we are even dropping culverts in to access each lot. 

We have a really hot market right now, but rumors are that there are a lot of lay-offs on the North Slope and the State of AK is having budget problems as well.

This is obviously a hot bed for traffic and leads. 

Worse yet are the people who know hot to manipulate the system and can get more and more time in your house for free by dragging you all the way to trial.

Very hard to have property inspected in hot markets.
