I would say my dad can retire but he loves to work, he is a work horse, and I will more than likely be the same way as I get older and older.

I highly suggest attending a class to get your questions answered from the horses mouth.By the way, all tax lien sales should be delivered with free and clear titles. 

Done well you could be out of the Rat Race in one or two big deals.Cheers!!

We are working with our builder to come up with more exact numbers so we have definitive numbers to work a deal with a new VC, and then it's off to the races. 

This work is done on nights and weekends as I am still in the rat race (for now). 

That being said, oftentimes the best deals will move quickly sight unseen to beat out the race to see the property.

That becomes a race to the bottom.

If I'm beating a dead horse by bringing up a question that's been asked a million times, I apologize. 

I understand the shelf life of CRE and I see that this isn't a race I'm just not okay with the socio norm.
