I wound down my computer consulting business and transitioned over the next year to being a full time real estate investor.  

I am working full-time as an investor and realtor in New Haven County CT.  

Considering operating in full disclosure as an agent: How do I approach this from a marketing standpoint? 

So basically if I wanted to work on the house full time until completion I would have to wait until the property sold before I receive any income?

Get a non-refundable deposit from them at the signing of the assignemtn agreement and if possible a POF or bank statement showing they can pay in full at closing.

Most quality contractors buy material from their vendors (not home depot) at a price the public can't get.

Probably by reading all this about me you know already my MAIN GOAL, but here is what my thought process is, how I will get there, first I broke my goal in small goals:first goal - to drop all my bills to zero and buy my first property to generate my monthly rentsecond goal - to buy enough properties to generate a cash flow to match my yearly income third goal -  to go full time real estate and close as many deals I can in order to provide for my family  a better life now at the end I just want to THANK YOU JOSH AND BRANDON  for what you guys doing and to all BP family , happy to be here and looking forward to my learning process
