Some one save this post...If real estate gurus aren't doing one of these they are scams and even then you still have to question everything they say and do....A.

I felt like he was trying to scam me out of money even though I cant really prove it.

I normally don't know what to say when I encounter these situations 

The lady that is scamming SSA and Columbus Metro Housing authority was such a nice lady, but it didn't sit well with me to be part of that. 

With each encounter is experience and opportunity.

You could try and not follow through with the contract, but I expect he will fight you on this, and based on geography you'll won 't encounter much sympathy from the legal system.Consider your potential economic loss as "tuition" for next time.

Owner is not doing anything, but collecting monthly monies keeping my money and in a month will evict and I have nothing..This is the scam Thats taking place in Nevada, get your money n evict you soon as possible and not even having ownership.finally in Nevada its a crime to sell a property subject to an security instrument already under one without informing the new owner first.HELP please
