Ikea furniture is what I would call economically stylish - it looks ok and doesn't hit the pocketbook too hard but if I'm buying a trendy high end condo, I'm certainly looking for nicer furniture than I can get at Ikea.

$115k asking price.It also specifies the size and number of the units and we know it is in Dayton and needs a rehab so I'd expect we could prob use the low end of the rent range for 2 beds, 1 beds and an efficiency in the Dayton area. 14 2-beds, 2 1-beds, 1 efficieny.The two big unknowns I see are "why is it completely empty?"

The was a federal act passed in DEC 2007 the lenders cannot hit you with a default judgement on your primary residence keep in mind the irs can and will tax you on the spread in a short sale and one morning you will wake up to a 1099 in your mail box if you dont get a good accountant
