I want purchase my first mobile home park, do think I need to establish an LLC at this time.

Instead, I'm guessing my motivation needs to be converted to dedication.

Finally got approved in the park, I plan on purchasing a mobile home seller finance from a private seller.

I made sure I put away a certain portion of my income and my wife's income every check dedicated to paying for their college.In 2011 I was also able to pick up a short sale 600K property for 300K.
