Hello @Erica Washington,

Welcome to the BP family! I think a great start is by educating yourself about what type of real estate deals you want to pursue: flips, BRRRR, wholesaling, house hacking, or syndications. Once you figure out what type of investment strategy you want to follow I would start to reach out to local investors/realtors in your area to build those relationships. In addition, I recommend downloading the app MeetUp and finding local RE MeetUp groups in your area, these are a great way to get your name out there and meet people that are in the game. You just have to get comfortable in the uncomfortable because you most likely wont know anyone, but who cares, what else do you have to lose? Continue to educate yourself and network as much as possible.

Hope this helps!
