I am mentally "stuck" on Boston because it's the only market I've ever known and I am familiar with all the towns, but is it unwise to focus on such an expensive market for a first purchase?

Apart from the writing and the real estate, I have two daughters at university, which leaves my husband and I to enjoy travelling together.

I mean, to not know what you should know and have no need to know being what you should know is all an exercise in mental gymnastics.  

So I started trying to track down the family members and I found a grand daughter via Facebook who gave me her dads name who is also on Facebook.

I had a lady I was working with that was looking to basically gut her retirement account to buy her son and pregnant daughter in law a house.

Can turning a rental property into a mental home for people with disabilities be profitable?

Now my teen daughter lives with me.

Different mentality overall then with much less free info available. 

My dear friend every investor should have a Realtor Mentality and every Realtor should have an Investor Mentality.
