As a Canadian that invests in Canadian real estate, there are definitely opportunities in our very large country.  6 of the 10 provinces are landlord friendly, while 4 (including Ontario) have rent control in place.

My personal opinion on the election, which may color what I wrote below: Trump easily wins re-election; The DNC makes sure Bernie is not their nominee as they are too scared this would lead to a red wave across much of the country.

It is hard to predict what impact this will have on the housing market across the country but I have experienced less millennials that are willing to take the jump into home ownership. 

I want to know How to get finance for your deal if the interest rate for home loans is too high(like 17% and above) in my country(Pakistan) ?

The price you want to pay for a 3/1 or 3/2 is not going to be doable in most parts of town unless the house needs work (realtors who watch the MLS closer may be able to comment better here, I'd bet the southeast part of town has homes near that price).You said you haven't done much research yet, this is one of the hottest markets in the country, you will need knowledgeable people on the ground here to assist you to make this happen.   

You can cross reference any business or Llc’s that own properties in your houses area and then skip trace them to call the owner.

We should be able to get a hearing in either committee.... fingers crossed for Monday's House vote.
