How to finance a deal if interest rate is too high in banks?
Hello everyone. I want to know How to get finance for your deal if the interest rate for home loans is too high(like 17% and above) in my country(Pakistan) ? What are the other options available or anyone knows what to do if every deal is looking like a bad debt to invest in? How to make our way profitable if Net Operating Income is well below to be paid to banks and have a cashflow from them?
