Interestingly enough, our local Real Estate board (Dayton & Cincinnati) contracts have a clause that states the full contract applies to"Upon acceptance, this offer shall become a complete agreement binding upon and inuring to the benefit of Purchaser and Seller and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns," (Dayton)Even with that clause in all the agreements, there are still interesting discussions with agents and title companies.
