I bought a 3/2 townhome with a two car garage for 17.5k doubled my $$$ in 2 years sold, bought a nice big home for 67k and doubled that in a couple of years and the rest was history.

What I mean here is that many people deduct their automobile expense in Line 9 – Car and Truck Expenses…..and you might be correct that itemizing your automobile deductions might allow you to get a HIGHER deduction when using this line….but your lender cannot add it back to your income!

Account Closed it those builders could , they would sell us same house, same spouse, kids, same dogs , same cars .

With this huge herd of beginners out there being talked into this stuff you know there is going to be heartache along the way.. they have even moved into selling their cars sub too.. what ta disaster that is..

That’s the reason car wholesalers don’t go looking to buy from a retail car dealer lot....

same with car dealers.and all other manner of small business.I think what happens here is folks know they cant become a car dealer with little or no money. 

I know there are laws for involving car sales too. 

I am paying off all my debt except for my house and car.

Go to school get a degree (acquires debt), get a high paying job to show the banks to can afford a nice car and big house (acquires more debt) and finally Retire at an old age living off money saved but now your in your 60's and missed out on your children's lives because to were working that 9-5 for 40 years.
