I am brand new myself... 38 years young (that equates to 25 years old).  

.- you can work with a company specializing working with notes, it can be brand new first trust deeds, others work with non-performing notes.  

Took a different job with my current company back in 2005, moved to AL and bought a brand new house.

Currently leased for $1200 and I get 1-2 tenant requests per week, so it is a very secure rental area/property.3bd, 2bath, with an office that could be a 4th. big yard. brand new everything. foundation, AC, roof, fence, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, security system, etcAny help of suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Or did you find a good primer + paint brand that had good coverage?  

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on brands or sites that you've used that have worked for you?

I'm brand new to this REI game and the first (and only) property I bought was definitely A class.

Yes, I would work with a brand new agent, in fact, would prefer to in some cases, because I can train them!
