Hi all,Talking to a PM company who has very good online reviews, they told me their eviction rate is 3%.Is that a good rate or bad?

Corporate life isn't is all bad, if you can find something that fits your work life balance.

What is the best way to find property, so I can analyze various properties to find out the difference between a good deal below market value that would make money as soon as you buy or a bad deal?

Knock on wood I haven't heard anymore (I feel bad for my mason, I know he did the work right) but my attorney is aware and ready if anything ever comes of it.I agree, some people need to accept being adults and dealing with house repairs, when owning a home.

So if everything goes perfectly you’re at 1650 rent, which leaves you with 400ish left over.Not bad, but not 1000 and this property is probably in a war zone, so you likely won’t want to live there.Hope this helps
