Starting Out Real Estate Investor with no experience
Hello, I am a newbie who lives in New York who wants to get into the buisness as a real estate investor. I want to invest in the New Jersey area because houses are very expensive in the New York area. What is the best way to find property, so I can analyze various properties to find out the difference between a good deal below market value that would make money as soon as you buy or a bad deal?
