At this point in the year should I delist it and air bnb it for derby?

We got it under contract for $325,000 and negotiated based on the need for a new roof and air conditioning units.

Hi @Lisa Fryer, the 'rural' part is what concerns me with regards to keeping it as a rental. 

I would like some advice on this, especially with air bnb.

I invest in an Air Force town Minot 1 hour away.

If they ever put a Dillons or Wal Mart out that way things will continue to grow - Bel Aire really didnt have more growth until they put the Dillons at 37th/Woodlawn in the 90s (Of course this was all predicated by the fact the NE Expressway/k96 had went in a short time before)

Look on AIR B&B in Thermopolis and you will see them under COZY TWO BEDROOM, and THE BUNKHOUSE>  Would appreciate your input.

Summer time will be booked out from what I see on air bnb in the same location.
