I have a vacation home in the hands of an administrator, but I really wanted to learn how to manage, as I am getting two new properties for vacation season. Does anyone tell me a first-time course? books? I need what I need to learn, because I really want to run my own business, I do not really like to have an administrator, because they always pay less than we expect.
