@Ben Colabella Anyone advertising 5% on a hard money fix and flip loan is a scam.

I don't know how it is up in New Hampshire, but an LLC in NY can run up to $2000 just to start (stupid forced advertising that keeps print media afloat....).

It's unlikely we'll see real end to the now very familiar challenges to the Austin housing market, which is supported by arguably the best job market in the country, until we get all major stakeholders on board with a code rewrite that directly speaks to those challenges.

If they seem like a good fit do everything you can to become their friend, biggest supporter, and find a way to add value to them.

Both banks knew my plans and were quite supportive.

Perhaps this will change in the future as sales comps increasingly support added value for homes with solar compared to those without.
